LT Backpacking Club

We are a club that goes on three multi-day trips throughout the school year. During the 2018-19 school year we will also begin to go on more day trips over the weekends.  Since we miss academic days, students must maintain a C or above average in all classes and are responsible for any work their classroom teachers hold them accountable for. During the trips we read around the fire each evening and students must participate in journal writings and assignments.  Meetings are held after school in order to prepare for trips. In these meetings we discuss Leave No Trace principles, route planning and information regarding where we are going.  Please speak with Violet or Sam if you have any questions.  Enjoy!
